Dragon’s Way Qigong – Winter 1
The 6 week program follows the training of Grand Master Nan Lu out of the Traditional Chinese Medicine World Foundation in New York.
Classes incorporate 10 simple Wu Ming Qigong energy movements, an eating-for-healing plan and stress-based lifestyle guidance. Through this wisdom, participants learn to decipher symptoms (or messages from the body) to intuitively understand when their bodies are off-balance. Offering the understanding that an individual has the ability to self-heal can open so many doors!
