Jill Cruz

Nutrition and Optimal Health Workshop Instructor

Jill Cruz, MS, CNS, has been exploring possibilities in nutrition since 2008. She has discovered the power of using food as medicine and in the process has greatly improved her own health and the health of her family. Jill is dedicated to helping people improve their health from a functional perspective while taking into account each person’s unique needs.
Jill has a Master Of Science Degree in Human Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport and is a Certified Nutrition Specialist. She currently works at Hudson Valley Functional Medicine in Valley Cottage, NY and Nyack Fitness in Nyack, NY. Jill is well-versed in a broad variety of dietary strategies and she works with all health conditions, ranging from optimizing health and longevity to chronic disease.
